Some decisions have to be made in milliseconds, and some sites have connectivity that cannot be relied on. Edge deployment addresses both, but it introduces a fleet of computers into an environment that was not designed to host them.
What we deliver

- Local buffering, so a connectivity outage delays reporting rather than losing data
- Fleet management: remote update, health monitoring and rollback
- A documented failure mode for every node, including how the process behaves if it stops
Operating model
An edge estate is an operational commitment, not a one-off installation. We either hand it over with the runbooks and tooling your team needs to run it, or we run it for you under a managed support agreement. We do not recommend the middle option, where ownership is unclear.
