Most plants already hold the data they need; it is stranded in equipment that cannot share it. Our integration work builds the path from the machine to the systems that plan, cost and report on production.
Typical scope
- Equipment and protocol survey, including the assets nobody has documentation for
- A data model agreed with both operations and IT before any interface is built
- Interfaces to MES, ERP, historian and maintenance management platforms
- Contextualised production, quality and downtime reporting
- A migration plan that runs the old and new reporting side by side until the numbers agree
Standards we build on
We prefer open, documented interfaces: OPC UA, MQTT with Sparkplug B, and REST where the target system supports it. Proprietary connectors are used only where there is no alternative, and we tell you when that is the case.
Why the data model comes first
Integrations usually fail on definitions rather than transport. If operations and finance disagree on what counts as downtime, no interface will reconcile the two. We settle those definitions in writing at the start, which is slower to begin with and considerably faster overall.
