Deployment
The platform is deployed inside your security perimeter, with segmentation and remote access designed alongside our security practice. Nothing is dependent on an external service being reachable for local operation to continue.
Fault isolation
The measure clients track most closely is time from alarm to identified root cause. On monitored assets that has typically fallen from days to hours, because the platform holds the pre-fault waveform record rather than requiring an engineer to visit and retrieve it.
