Most of the value is realised in the weeks around peak. We schedule the readiness test early enough that findings can still be acted on, and we staff an on-site presence through the peak window for clients who want it.
Change control during operation
Distribution centres rarely have a maintenance window. Changes are staged, tested against a digital replica of the control logic, and applied during the shortest available quiet period, with a tested rollback prepared in advance.
